This is the story about how my dollar bill
Almost blew away on a very windy day

I had 1 single dollar bill,
I’d saved for something sweet,
I had to keep that dollar bill,
From blowing down the street.
You see it was a windy day,
And dollar liked to fly,
Like a kite, a bat, or bird,
So high up in the sky…

Wind blew real hard,
It blew real strong,
It blew my things around,
So I put 4 quarters on my dollar
To hold it to the ground…

4-quarters make a dollar,
Each one’s 25 cents,

I guess its common sense,
But wind it came, and blew so hard,
And dollar tried to fly,
I gotta’ put more coins on top,
Or dollar says good-bye….
