“What’s that horrible squeaking sound?” shouted David.
“I don’t know,” responded Serena. The sound continued and all of the students realized it was coming from behind the elevator door.
They all looked at the door, but when they looked, the only thing they saw was a cloud of green smoke coming from underneath it. The students screamed in fear,
“What’s happening? What’s happening? We’re going to choke on it!” they shouted together.
Next the door slid open and the students screamed even louder. They saw it. Just what it was they didn’t know. It was horrible and terrible, it was disgusting and it was miserable. It was awful and dreadful and it was all rolled into one ball of misery. It was Norman!!!!
To find out how many people in the whole world were more horrible than Norman was, multiply the number of times the word ‘it’ was used in the paragraph above by six.
