WALLY SO WHAT

'Wally So What,'
Always
'so whated' the world.
Nothing seemed special or fun...

He 'so whated' red flowers,
True love,
And rain showers,
And the speed at which cheetahs could run...

So what!
I don't care!
Big deal! and No fun!
Is all that Wally could utter...
He
'so whated' ice cream,
He
'so whated' grape jelly,
And all types of
peanut-y butter!

He 'so whated' the moon,
And
Saturn and Mars,
He 'so whated' the
honey of bees...

He 'so whated' the wind,
The sun, and the sea,
And the height of the tallest
green trees.

The teacher pointed to a beautiful bird,

"So what!!" was what Wally did say...
I don't care now, and I won't care then,
"So what's" what I have to say...

"So what that I'm 30,
So what that I'm
50,
So what that I'm
80 years old...
I don't care if anyone cares,
I'll hate
100 should it be told."

Wally was tired,
Alone,
Sad,
And mean,
When he woke up early one day...

He looked out his window,
And saw what he saw,
And he didn't know quite what to say...

Instead of 'so whating,'
Wally just wiped his eye.
Instead of saying
"who cares!"
Wally just started to cry...

He had seen the beauty,
Of the early
red light,
The red morning sunrise,
Had conquered the night...
It poured into his room,
Like a hopeful
red glow,
He felt something so good,
something he never did know.
It made him feel warm,
He wanted to stay,
But it was too late,
I'm sorry to say...
Poor Wally had
'so whated,'
His whole life away...

"There are only two ways to live your life.
One is as though nothing is a miracle.
The other is as though everything is a miracle."
Albert Einstein
